Abs Workout Routine..

Do you have too much belly fat?Today's entry is about how to get flat belly with Abs Workout routine. Follow the instructions for your reference.

1.SIT UP
Lay on the floor with your back flat, feet on the floor, knees bent at 90 degrees and hands stretched forward, slowly lift your head off the ground focusing on using all your abdominal muscles until your entire back is off the ground. Slowly lower yourself back to the ground and repeat the motion.

2.CRUNCH
Lay on the floor with your back flat, knees bent at 90 degrees and hand tucked behind ears. Slowly lift your head off the floor by contracting your abdominal muscles and moving it in a curve path until your eyes are at the level of your knees with only your upper back lifted off the ground. Lower your head down and repeat the motion.

3.LEG RAISE

Lay on the floor with your back flat, feet on the floor and knees straight. Place hand under lower buttock on each side to support pelvis. Keeping knees straight,raise legs by flexing  hips until hips are completely flexed. Return until hips and knees are extended. Repeat the motion.

4.PLANK

Lay on the floor with your front on the ground. Place forearms on mat, elbows under shoulders. Place legs together with forefeet on floor. Raise body upward by straightening body in straight line. Hold position. Slowly lay back on floor after completion.

The Oprah Show HD - Clayton Moss, a boy who was chained up and tortured ...

This is a very sad story about Clayton Moss who was tortured by his own family who supposed to love and protect him. He was locked by his father and stepmother in a bathroom closet at age 6. Clayton's tiny body wrapped in a wire fence and bound by chains like an animal. This is an eye opening story. I keep on thinking.Why do people have kids if they are not going to take care of their kids like normal parents? I can't stop crying watching his video on YouTube.

. He was a very tired and sick looking little boy.

Clayton's was locked inside a bathroom closet 2 by 2 feet wide..His body was wrapped in a wire fence for hours and even days.

This is not the only nightmare to this cute little boy.His biological  father, Joseph  pee on him and his stepmother, Carmen rubbing Clayton's own  faeces in his face and sometimes it goes into his mouth. Poor little boy..They did not gave him any food or drinks. Sometimes he will only eat paper bags because real hungry. However, his 14 years old stepsister is kind. When Joseph and Carmen left the house, she fed him with cereal and sometimes rubbed a lotion on Clayton's skin.

After locked in a bathroom closet for a month, Clayton's was saved by Sheriff Tod Pate. To this day, Pate still has the note that this little boy wrote to him over 10 years ago when he was rescued.The note says :

"Dear Tod: You are nice. From Clayton" 

Just a simple note. But it means a lot. Clayton's says Sheriff Pate had a big impact in his life. He also want to become a police officer so he can help other people who can't defend themselves just like him. Patti, Clayton's biological mother's aunt adopted him after the abused.

Now Clayton Moss is a 20 years old  motivational speakers.His missions is to held children, teens and adults to be a better person everyday.

Jesus Draw Me Close To You

A few months ago, I signed up for Christian Dating site.

The reason being is that I want to meet a man who will respect my faith and values as a Christian woman. I find it hard to meet decent men, as I live and work in a very small town and do not like to go to bars or the usual hangouts. My faith is the most important aspect of my life and I want to meet a gentleman I can share that with but have fun with too. Besides, i want to find Christian friends too and I met this good and handsome young man who is musicians, songwriter and worship leader.He is a good friend.

His name is Kaspars Ezerins.

I think he did a good job.

The Bible promises that if we seek God, He will come to us. But the major things that separates us from God is SIN. How to get closer to God when we did sin everyday? We have broken His Law over and over again throughout our lives.To get closer to God, we must experience God and feel God's presence in our lives.If we truly want to find God, we must be willing to do the things that God wants us to do.

Here's the prayer example to draw us closer to God:

Lord help me set aside time each day to meet with You alone. As I come before You, teach me to pray in the way You want me to. Help me to learn more about You, Lord. You have said, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink." I thirst for more of You, because I am in a dry place without You. I come to You this day and drink deeply of Your Spirit. I know You are everywhere, but I also know there are deeper manifestations of your presence that I long to experience. Draw me close as I draw near to you, so that I'm a dwell in Your presence like never before.

I hope this entry can open our hearts to always find God in our lives.If we honestly want to get closer to God and are willing to do the things he asks, he will show himself to you.

STORY 3 : WATER BRINGS TRUST

     The cloud led the people on and on. It was very hot. Then the cloud stopped and it was time to rest.The people of Israel were tired and thirsty. They wanted to drink and cook food and have a bath. But there was no water in this place. Even though God had been very good to the people. They did not trust Him to help. They did not pray to him. "I wish we were in Egypt," someone said. "Moses is not a good leader."

"Give us water. Give us water," the people shouted. Moses felt sad,but he knew what to do. God was the leader. So Moses prayed to God. God told him what to do.

"Moses tahe your rod. Call the leaders of the people. Then go to a big rock on Mount Sinai. I will be with you there.Take your rod and hit the rock. I will send water from the rock."

Moses did what God said. Water came pouring out of the rock. Down the side of the mountain it came and into the place where the Israelites had their tents. There was water for everyone.

 

The people were happy again. But would they ever learn to trust God? Would they learn to pray to Him when trouble came?

STORY 2 : HAPPY SABBATH DAY

God Told His people to pick up only enough manna for one day. Some of the people did not obey God.They said, "We don't want to get up so early. The manna is all gone when the sun is hot. We will pick up manna for two days. Then we can have a long sleep in the morning."

So they picked up enough manna for two days. But the next morning there was a very bad smell in their tents.The extra manna had spoiled and they had to throw it away.

God told the people another thing about the manna. He said that on the day before the seventh day,they should pick up enough manna. Then they would not have to pick up manna on the Sabbath,the rest day. Again there were people who did not obey God. They said,"Remember how the food spoiled when we picked up twice as much? We will not pick up extra manna on the day before the Sabbath." 

And they did not ! They laugh at the people who were obeying God.

But when Sabbath came there was no manna on the ground.They looked and looked, but there was none! The extra manna did not spoil for the people who obeyed God.It wassweet and delicious. So the families of the people who did not obey,were hungry that Sabbath day.

When God created the earth, He made it in six days. Then He rested on seventh day, the Sabbath. He made the day special. When He made the first people, Adam and Eve, God came down to visit them on the seventh day.

This day was to be a day that God's people would remember Him. They would have time to look at the beauiful things God had made. They could go to church to sing and pray to Him. They would have time to read Bible stories and go for walks. God wants us to love the special day He has given to us.

REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY TO KEEP IT HOLY (EXODUS 20:8-11)

STORY 1 : BREAD FROM HEAVEN

After walking through the Red Sea, the people had a rest at a place where there were wells of water and palm trees. Then it waas time to move on again. Tents werw rolled up. Wter bags werw filled. Food Was made to eat on the trip. The people were going to a mountain called Mount Sinai.

The cloud moved and everyone followed.But some people were not happy. They forgot how God had cared for them.The food the people had brought from Egypt was almost gone. Soon there would be no flour or oil. What would they eat? There was no food out here in the desert.
" Why did Moses bring us here?" they asked.
" We will starve to death."

They came to Moses and Aaron.
"Give us bread, "they said.
"We wish we were in Egypt.There we had many good things to eat."
Moses went to pray to God again. God told Moses He would send food. And He did.

Early the next morning,there were many white grains on the ground. "What is it?" the people asked. They tasted the small white grains. It was very good. They called it MANNA. The word "manna" means "What Is It?". Moses told the people that new manna would be on the ground every morning  for them. Everyone liked the manna. Mothers used it to make flour to bake things. They cooked the manna or ate it raw.

Everyone was happy for the good food God had sent.

My Bible Story : Rachel's House !

Rachel lived in a little house by the lake. She had been ill for many years. She had been to lots of doctors, and paid lots of money. But they couldn't cure her. Rachel heard that Jesus was in town. She found him in a crowd.

'I'll touch His coat,' she tought.

'Then I'll be well again.' So she did.

  

Jesus stopped. 

'Who touched me?' he asked.

'I did,' said Rachel.

Jesus listened to her story. Then he said,'You are healed because you believed.God bless you!'
